Secondary Can't Hold Off Giants

Another loss 24-20. Too many mistakes. Pats lose 2 in a row & fall to 5-3 & into a tie with the Jets & Bills.

The offense needed a full half to get going - again. Add another missed field goal by Stephen Gostkowski. Brady forcing balls into covered receivers for 2 picks. Edelmann was horrible on returns all day. 4 takeaways in all by the Giants.

The defense played well in the first half. But when the game was on the line in the 4th quarter stupid pass interference plays, especially the Sergio Brown one on an uncatchable ball, sealed the Pats doom.

Unfortunately, the Patriots are going to stay in the middle of the pack until the O line blocks more effectively for Brady & until the secondary stops giving up long pass plays. It could be a long season.
