Pats 30, Jets 21

A 4th quarter Patriots drive that ate up the clock, spearheaded by the running attack of Ben Jarvus Green-Ellis, that ended in an all-important field goal by Goskowski led to a Pats win & a 3rd straight loss by the New York Jets.

In a back-&-forth game which featured way too many penalties by the Pats there were fortuitous calls on 2 challenges by Bill Belichick. Both could have been game-changers had they gone the other way.

But the last drive of the game salted away a hard-fought victory. The Pats keep pace at 4-1 atop the East with the Buffalo Bills & drop the Jets to 2-3.
