I'm not a fan of the All-Star game. I didn't watch the Home Run Derby. And even though Josh Beckett said he could have pitched, his left knee was still sore enough to keep him out of action.
Bud Selig's & FOX's exhibition game that "counts" is over. Now we can focus on the 2nd half of the season. Now we can focus on getting players like Crawford, Buchholz & Lester back for the stretch run. And let's hope Beckett is ready to go for Sunday in Tampa Bay.
