Congrats to the Boston Bruins! They swept the Flyers to advance through the 2nd round of the playoffs.
My attention to the Bruins is in-between innings of the Red Sox. But that doesn't mean that they don't deserve credit. Tim Thomas was the difference-maker.
Boston teams continue to be among the best in all 4 pro sports. We are lucky as New England fans to enjoy so much playoff action. For some of us older folks we know it wasn't always like that.
