At Last, A Walk-Off Win!

It doesn't matter that Bobby Jenks had another bad outing. It doesn't matter that the Sox left the bases loaded - again - in the 1st without scoring. It doesn't matter that Ichiro made a rare misplay on a sun ball by Jed Lowrie in the 9th.

All that matters is a Red Sox win 3-2 to salvage the last game of the series against the Mariners. And the fact that Carl Crawford got the game winning walk-off hit is nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to Tim Wakefield for a huge spot start & kudos to Big Papi for driving in the first 2 runs.

If a walk-off win doesn't get this team pumped, nothing will. We need to take at least 3 out of 4 against the Angels.
