It seemed like a player we hadn't seen in quite awhile. Dice-K went 7 strong innings of shutout ball on Patriot Day. This guy seems to have 9 lives as another bad performance may have drop him from the rotation with a mysterious injury.
If we can get Dice-K to 1 good & 1 bad outing every time he pitches, I'm OK with that for a #5 starter. He just can't be 1 good & 4 bad.
Now off to Oakland to start a 9-game road trip. We have momentum on our side.

I think we have to give a little more love to Jed Lowrie. He continues to lead this team at the plate. He is not one of the people I would have expected in this role.
