Where's Manny?

One of the names missing for the free agent conversation is Manny Ramirez.

Manny flamed out in LA after his female steroid problem. Then he went to the White Sox as the player who was going to get them into the playoffs. That never happened. He ended up a part-time player.

Has Manny's $20 million a year finally come to an end? Oh, yes.

Have his antics to create animosity among players & coaches in Boston & LA finally caught up to him? Maybe. There still may be a team or two out there willing to take a chance that his talent to hit may be worth sacrificing team unity. But it won't be at $20 million a year. Perhaps Manny's ego can't take that.
