Since the additions of Adrian Gonzalez & Carl Crawford I've seen about 20 different line-ups from sportswriters. I'm going against the conventional wisdom of the left-right theory that most are following.
Here's my line-up card:
1 - Jacoby Ellsbury, CF (L)
2 - Carl Crawford, LF (L)
3 - Kevin Youkilis, 3B (R)
4 - Adrian Gonzalez, 1B (L)
5 - Dustin Pedroia, 2B (R)
6 - David Ortiz, DH (L)
7 - Jarrod Saltalamachhia, C (S)
8 - J.D. Drew, RF (L)
9 - Marco Scutaro, SS (R)
Why not give Ellsbury & Crawford more at-bats? They are your table setters & it's like having 2 chanches to get a baserunner on that can steal. If you have your own version of the 2011 Red Sox line-up, let me know by double-clicking on the Comment section below.
