Red Sox Beat Yankees Again

Ha-ha-ha! We beat the Yankees again, this time 7-3 thanks to some great pitching by Jon Lester & HR's by Drew & Victor. A win by Tampa Bay gives the Rays a 1 1/2 game lead over NY with 7 to go.

Jon Lester wins his 19th game of the season. He gets a chance for 20 in his last start against the White Sox next Wednesday.

It was nice to see Joba get roughed up in the 8th with back-to-back doubles by Lowrie & Kalish. Joba then squibbed the ball to first, trying to pickoff a runner (Kalish) who was already at second. Way to stay alert, Joba!

It's always a great day when the Red Sox beat the Yankees.
