Sox Drop Series to A's

Disappointing is an understatement. When is the last time the Red Sox offense scored 5 or more runs?

Today's 6-4 loss was like a Spring Training game as fans watched Buchholz & Lowrie comeback from rehab stints. It is getting to be sad & it is getting tough to watch the Sox lose with regularity.

Game 2 was the pivotal key to this series. A hit at any number of times during that game would have the Sox leaving Oakland with 2 out of 3 wins. But that's baseball, right?

Not a good start to the road trip. Not a good start at all.

Sukitis is spreading. It is a deadly disease. It can kill penant hopes, seasons, and sometimes careers. The Symptoms can manifest themselves in many ways. They can show up in the field, at the plate, on the mound, and even in the dugout. There are several treatments for sukitis. The most effective treatment is a transfusion of talent. However, it can also be treated with intelligent decisions, and quarantining the worst cases. Sukitis was first discovered in the 62 Mets.
