I enjoy Jerry Remy as the color announcer on NESN. He has many fans who especially missed him last year while recovering from a bout of depression. His latest video reports from the Fort have him back to normal - telling it like it is.
Dice-K: In a word, frustrating. Jerry feels there is no way he will be ready to start the season with the big club. A sore back & stiff neck have kept him off the schedule to be ready in time for Game 1. Just when you thought the Sox & Dice were on the same page.
Lowell: Sad situation. If anyone can handle it, Lowell can.
Ortiz: No need for panic yet. Wait for the last few weeks of Spring Training to see if his bat gets going.
Sounds like good advice. It will be fun to have Jerry back for a full season in 2010.
