Jerry Remy is back for another season as the color analyst for NESN's broadcasts of Red Sox games. He was sorely missed last year as Don Orsillo made the best of things with a wide cast of characters to fill Jerry's shoes. How bad was Brian Daubach?
Rem Dawg is down at the Fort for Spring Training & back to speaking his mind, as always. In thinking about this year, Remy is not so sure that the Red Sox offense will be as anemic as anticipated. He does put the target directly on David Ortiz, though, to make the offense go. Jerry thinks Big Papi is the key.
Welcome back, Rem! I like your candor & honestly, something not easy to find these days with so many clones who tow the company line. Let's hope Jerry is healthy enough to go the distance this year.
