I know. It's odd to see the Red Sox lose a series at home, but it happens. Seattle takes the 1st 2 games with a 3-2 win today. The Mariners finish a winning road trip through the Dodgers, Yankees & Red Sox. Not bad for a young team with pitching.
I am a fan of Brad Penny. He throws hard for as long as he can which is usually 5+ innings. If he had arm trouble last year, it's a thing of the past as he hit 96 & 97 on the radar gun today. Penny is a moose & a bull. His last 5 starts are all quality ones which the Red Sox usually win. If the offense gave more run support today, it's a win.
Brad Penny is a keeper to me.
