Finally, A Win

I turned the game on today & we were winning 1-0. The A's scored 4 times in the 5th & I shut it off. I couldn't watch anymore. Maybe I should do that more often as the Sox came back to win 8-5.

With this win the Red Sox finish a subpar homestand at 4-3 & now go on the road for 10 games against the AL East. Good thing Baltimore just traded their closer to the Dodgers. At least we won't see Sherrill this series. It's now time for John Smoltz to stop talking & start pitching better in his start tomorrow.

We'll see if there are any new faces on the team as the trade deadline is a mere 24 hours away.
