All of you present & former coaches out there who have ever coached a talented, but disruptive, player know that the following is true.
- Signing Manny comes with a price.
- He does not follow team rules as Joe Torre found out with the "hair thing" last year.
- His fellow players, coaches & management will have to cover for Manny when he does something stupid. (Kind of like the Yankees with A-Roid this year.)
- He will wear down an entire organization.
Good luck, Joe Torre & Co. You got what you wished for. Now you have to live with the LA version of Manny being Manny.

Manny....What a head case!!! Now, about the fellow players and coaches and management will have to cover for him.........don't forget all of the Dodger fans out there. Hey Red SOx Nation......I always found it funny that the excuse was always MAnny being Manny....a laugh and a shrug and that was it. BUt now, no one in the Nation can stand him????? He was doing the same stuff for years.....After the 1st year in Boston he even asked for a trade????? But that's just Manny being Manny!!! jb
