ALCS Don'ts

Do you have pet peeves? Of course you do.

There are several things that will irk me in the Rays series & interfere with my enjoyment of the ALCS. Here they are...

- If FOX shows the brawl footage over & over again with Coco & Shields. It's over & done with. Let it go. Stop re-living something that happened 5 months ago. Stay in the present.

- If we see anymore "head cases" waiving to the camera during the game with their cell phone in the ear. Having been at Fenway & annoyed by those idiots around home plate, I know how exasperating it is to the real fans around them. Sit down. Watch the game. Cheer. Do you think that your 5 seconds of air time is going to change you life or get you a better date? Idiots.

- If FOX shows so many commercials between innings that we miss the first pitch. I think Ortiz hit a home run last year that they had to show on replay because they were late coming back from a commercial. The TV network knows to the second how long the break is in-between innings. Yet they have to show that one extra 30 -econd commercial & run over.

What's the chances of changing any of the 3 items above? Probably none, but it's good to get them off my chest.
